Europe's Wake Up Call
As usual, Victor Davis Hanson gives us pure excellence this week. It is only a matter of time before Bush's move to reshuffle almost 70,000 troups out of Germany and Korea eventually has the needed impact on the European psyche. They need us way more than we need them.
