A QB running "interference" for...who???
Exactly what does Jack Kemp think he is doing? Chavez is a Castro wannabe who is destroying his country. His thugs are seizing private property throughout Venezuela. The productive citizens, horrified, are looking to get the hell out of there as fast as possible and find a place to immigrate. The landowners are out on their collective asses. And Kemp is defending this guy? What, did Jimmy Carter give him a "piece of the action"?
