When it comes to saving our judiciary, "Nuclear" is essential
David Limbaugh makes a superb case for pulling the trigger on ensuring that the President his constitutional right to have an up or down vote on judicial nominees. I'm now hearing that the Republicans do have the vote, and are going to do this in a May timeframe. If so, it would be the most important and historical moment in Bush's Presidency. And it just might save the United States from its enemies.
