The 9th Circuit Chokes on Another One
Of all of the US Appellate Courts, the 9th Circuit, made of of activist judges from the looney left coast, is in a class by itself: its decisions are overturned an unprecedented 75% of the time by the US Supreme Court. They quite simply are making up the law as they go. So it should have been no surprise that this bunch has overturned one of the convictions of the Milleneum Bomber, a man who was caught bringing hundreds of pounds of explosives across the US Border during the Clinton Administration (just before the year 2000), and admitted that his target was the LAX Airport. If it is possible for this kangaroo court to reach a new low, this may be it.
