LA Times Op-Ed: Was 9/11 Really THAT Bad?
Suggestion: medicate yourself before clicking through to the op-ed itself. Dean Esmay's commentary is spot-on, but rather tepid compared to what I am feeling after reading this pablum. I much preferred the reaction of Milblogger Argghhh!!!. Does the author (one David A. Bell) not recall that more people died on 9/11 than died at Pearl Harbor--which actually precipitated our participation in the very war Bell uses so brazenly in his comparison?
