Nancy's Excellent Vote-Buying Adventure

From an earlier Gateway Pundit link, something that jumped right out at me:
Nancy Pelosi spent $28 billion last week to round up 218 votes (the exact minimum to get a majority in the 435-member House). That worked out to $130 million or so per vote.
That's a lot of taxpayers' change to pay as bribes trying to starve our troops of sorely needed supplies while their lives are on the line.
