UPDATED After watching the debate, The Discerning Texan Endorses.... Fred!
Yes, they had a debate in New Hampshire on CNN with the "long list" of Republican candidates--watched the whole thing; but the real fireworks were happening over at Fox with an exclusive Sean Hannity interview with Fred Thompson. As soon as the interview is up on the Web. I will link it here. But it is official: I am on the Fred! bandwagon, as of tonight's interview. I love Fred's straightforward, no BS answers to straight questions. I really do think that he is the best choice--and most electable--of the current Republican candidates.
Yes, if I had to I could enthusiastically vote for Rudy, or Romney, or Huckabee, or Newt. Against the Democrats I could probably even hold my nose and vote for McCain... but I would not enjoy that prospect at all.
