Sarkozy determined to ride Supply Side Wave
It is gratifying to see the new French President come out in favor of a policy that is reviving economies throughout Eastern Europe: cutting taxes and deregulating business. Meanwhile the Democrats seem determined to turn the US into a Soviet-style economy.
