While Walter Williams rightly decries the contempt that Congress holds for the Constitution it is sworn to protect, legal expert Robert F. Turner simultaneously encourages the President to ignore Congressional laws which are in clear violation of that Constitution; Turner correctly argues that the President's power under the Constitution trumps all legal "authority" of the Congress, real or imagined.
