An Idea whose time has come: a Gun Free Zone Liability Act

Now this is creative:
A GUN-FREE ZONE LIABILITY ACT: "If you create a gun-free zone, you're liable for any harm it causes."
I like it. But don't expect it to fly in Democrat legislatures.
