McCain's Enormous Baggage
Seriously. Just think about it: Does it get any more obvious than this that McCain would be an absolute disaster for this country? It is time for we conservatives to face facts: Rudy's numbers are plummeting, and he has spent all his capital in Florida. This race is now between two people: Left-leaning John McCain and Conservative Mitt Romney (hated by big media--can there be any better recommendation.) I would love to see Fred step forward in a deadlocked convention, but in the meantime, Conservatives need to get behind Mitt--as distasteful as that may be for some evangelicals. Because America simply cannot afford to have McCain flush our future doen the drain (albiet slightly slower than a Democrat would...). Huckabee is a joke--he's been running to be McCain's VP all along, and his beliefs are just as "out there" as are McCain's. Romney is the only Conservative left with a chance; it's time to get behind him.
