Thought Police State (a MUST READ)
If you only have a vague idea about how bad things have gotten in our colleges and universities, one need look no further than the University of Delaware to get the bigger picture: today's college students might as well be studying at KGB U. in Soviet-era Lenningrad or Stalingrad.
Read this whole article. Seriously, you will not believe that this is America the article is discussing. I thought I knew how bad it had gotten, but I frankly was stunned by this. Things are not simply bad--we are in a full-scale existential crisis. Organizations like FIRE are starting to make a difference, but we obviously have a very long road to hoe. FIRE could certainly use the help though. Donate as generously as you can: this is our future we're talking about.
