What IS Korean for "Sucker"?
Yes, I know, China's inclusion in the negotiations make it less likely that Korea will break its word...unless of course the Chinese want them to.
James Robbins reflects the disbelief of many in the conservative blogosphere. Does he have a point? Time will tell. But I must say the Koreans' track record at keeping their sacred "word" has been abysmal.
