Libby Appeal: Looking Good from a Legal Standpoint
Clarice Feldman argues that Lewis Libby's appeal has an excellent chance of success. Libby should not have to spend one day in jail; but it would be an excellent result if Fitz case gets tossed into the trash where it belongs by the Appeals court.
