Coming Up: Turning Point of Libby Trial
The Defense portion of the Libby trial is about to begin, and from all appearances it is beginning with Prima Donna Fitzgerald trying to suppress evidence that would go a long way towards exhonerating Scooter Libby. Tom McGuire does his usual stellar job of reporting and prediction: suffice it to say the whole trial could turn on two upcoming witnesses.
